CTAG's autonomous last mile logistics vehicle is born to redefine urban micro-logistics. As a fundamental part of the project, the UX/UI definition of the related digital supports: user and operator Apps and the side, front and rear screens of the vehicle.
The main objective was to create a simple and intuitive user experience, from the initial operator who loads the packages, through the pedestrians who coexist with the Valum in the streets, and to whom it gives feedback on its status, to the end user who picks up his package.
Both the mobile applications and the side screen, with which the user interacts directly, have a minimalist design, designed to make as few interactions as possible, so that they are quick and easy processes.
On the other hand, the front and rear screens give feedback to other vehicles and road users, by means of an Avatar that changes state for this purpose.
